Pets change our lives forever and teach us every day who we are. They touch our lives in a way no human can, and give us the gift of unconditional love.
I am a traditional paint and canvas artist as well as a digital media artist and all my artwork is created with loving care and attention to detail. I use various traditional techniques to create my digital paintings and digitally handbrush every stroke in my paintings. I have digital custom brushes to use for my pet portraits and do not resort to push button photo filters to create painting simulations, as some digital artists do when creating their portraits. Also, because this is a very personal piece of art, I use the technique best suited to each pet.
